As you might recall from earlier posts, I try to eat organic as much as possible. And while I realize that this product is geared toward kids, it’s what I eat almost daily for breakfast. Yes, I admit that I was drawn to the packaging because of the panda on the front, but it is so yummy I came back for more. And more. And more!
Peanut Butter Panda Puffs and it’s counterpart Peanut Butter Crispy Rice Bars are found everywhere. I’ve even seen them at my local King Sooper’s/Kroger’s. However if you can’t find them at a store near you, you can buy them online at Amazon. They’re more expensive there, but you can buy in bulk, too. You know, for when you want to stock up on the panda puffs. If you like Peanut Butter Cap’n Crunch you’ll love these.
Of course, for those of you who don’t love kids cereal (but why wouldn’t you?!), Nature’s Path has regular cereal, too.

I’m not sure if I’d actually want to cook in this, but I definitely want to own it. This skillet is beyond adorable. The panda face along the outside of the skillet would make this a display piece in my kitchen. In fact, it may just start a new theme.
However at $75, it’s definitely not a steal. You can buy it now at Fred Flare.

Even the knob has a panda face!

I have several vitamins and allergy medications that I take daily, and I’ve been meaning to get a pill case to have as a back up to carry with me. I’m quite forgetful and there have been several days that I’ve rushed out of the house without taking my pills. Having this cute little panda case could’ve saved me boxes of kleenex!
Available from Kyle Designs, you can customize this pill case in a ton of ways. Choose from silver or gold, and then add one of several accent colors for the background. For only $18.95 this customized pill box will make your medicine go down a bit easier.

With Thanksgiving just around the corner here in the US, this shirt seemed appropriate. Available from Amazon for only $9.99, it’s a unique, and odd, way to show your panda love.

These shoes from SaintLexi’s Etsy shop have been sold out for some time, but I thought they were too cute not to share. They’re even inspiring me to design my own cute panda shoes. With a few colors of craft paint and a pair of plain white shoes I could definitely make an adorable pair of mary janes.

I realize that I’ve never made a formal post explaining what I intend to do with the revenue generated by this site. Granted, at this moment, it’s not really much to worry about; the site just launched recently and I honestly didn’t think I’d generate any revenue from the site. I put a small explanation of my intentions on the Our Story page:
We’re not here to make money. We love pandas; it’s as simple as that. However, if we can share our love of pandas and raise money for them at the same time, why not? 100% of the proceeds made from advertisements will go to various panda charities including, but not limited to; the National Zoo, Pandas International, Pandas Unlimited, and the WWF.
We’re the new kids on the block, so we don’t expect to earn much right now. Because of this, we’re uncertain how long it will take to raise enough money to make a donation to our favorite charities. As soon as we’ve raised $25, we’ll donate it to one of the charities on the list. We’ll make sure to keep you up to date on how much we’ve raised and where we’re sending it. If you want to help, please make a donation directly to your favorite panda charity. If you can’t afford to donate cash, keep your eyes open for an ad on the left that interests you and click it. Every click counts, but please only click on the ads that you’re actually interested in. That way, we both win.
I’d like to take a moment to clarify. Hellen left a comment on the post regarding Pandas Unlimited and I understand her confusion. Upon first glance Pandas Unlimited looks nothing like a charity and started out as nothing more than a Flickr group. However, a community of strangers have come together to form an amazing blend of information and compassion. So, the following is my rationale for choosing the charities.
Mei Sheng arrived in China on the 7th of November to a huge homecoming celebration. The following are all photos posted Qing Qing’s blog which the Wolong staff set up.

More photos after the cut!
It’s November and it’s getting chilly. These little guys will help keep your toes warm during those long winter nights.
Available from Delias.com for only $15!
A pair of Red Pandas, both named YuYu, at the Yumemigasaki Zoological Park in Kawasaki, Japan just can’t seem to keep their love a secret any longer. For the past 10 months the pair have been caught kissing for over an hour daily. Both past their mating prime, the kissing has baffled the zookeepers. I think it’s just true love.
