Hi Julie ~ I have the same bobble head! I bought it off of South Academy and Jetwing at the Korean grocery store. The front says “Nakayoku shiyo ne!” roughly translated to “let’s be friends!”.

I have that little guy, I got him for Christmas. Hes so cute. And I always wanted to know what he said. But reading Fran’s comment cleared that out.
