Perfect Pandas

I don’t have children, and I don’t want children, so the concept of this product is lost on me. However, I thought it was an interesting product, so I wanted to include it. It’s an electronic ‘leash’ for your child. Basically, the panda attached to your child and you keep the keyring. If the child wanders away (apparently while you aren’t watching him or paying attention to him) the alarm will beep and send you into a panic over where your child went. Presumably this will help keep your child safer, but really - shouldn’t you just be watching him if he’s small enough that he shouldn’t be alone? I don’t think I’d make a good mother, I don’t have the natural instinct, I guess.

Anyway, it’s available from Amazon for $16.99, but it doesn’t have a very good rating.
