As usual, I’m a bit late to the party - these were announced in May by Cartier, so I doubt there are any of the limited edition watches left. However, if there are any of the 50 still floating around for sale, you can guarantee I won’t be able to afford it for quite some time. As with most things, if you have to ask the price, you probably can’t afford it. I have searched high and low trying to find a price range for these watches, but if I had to guess, I’d guess it’s a multiple of my mortgage. Some of their ‘lower end’ watches that aren’t nearly as lovely as this start out in the $30,000. And, they aren’t even close to being as intricate and jewel filled as these.
So, let’s all just read along with the description and pretend that someday we’ll own one, ok?
