The story is a slightly tweaked version of Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star – one that features pandas (and other black and white cuddly animals)! It’s a great way to interact with a young child while reading and I think it would make a wonderful gift for a new baby.

I am totally in love with this site. I just discovered it today and have already read the entire site. It’s such a sweet little comic that portrays pandas as the loving, gentle creatures that they are. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been updated since April, so I’m not holding my breath for more comics, though I’m crossing my fingers. Here are a few of my favorites, but to be honest, all of them are my favorites. Read them all at Panda Panda!

Panda fishing means looking at the fish. He is waving hello.

This is the only one I’m not as fond of. As a math nerd, I think it should say love = math. Ha!

Little Panda Book

I wrote about the Little Panda book awhile ago here, but now there’s a website dedicated just to the book. It’s adorable! I especially love the sketchbooks filled with pandas below. I’d love a sketchbook full of pandas, wouldn’t you? I just love her style of illustration! The book comes out October 27 (Random fact I have memorized for no reason: it’s the 300th day of the year), but until then you can visit the book site www.littlepandabook.com.

I don’t remember how I stumbled upon this site, but I’ve been meaning to share it for quite some time. Renata Liwska is the author of a cute children’s panda book coming out this fall. October 27th, to be exact. A quick visit to her site lets you see what an amazing artist she is, and will surely make you want to preorder the book. I’ve already preordered mine for my little neice. I can’t wait!

Coco Wang has a wonderful website with comics about the China Earthquake. It’s very respectful while trying to keep a lighthearted overtone. You can check it out here.

I am back home in Beijing now. Thousands of heart-breaking stories are happening 24 hours non-stop everyday, some are so sad that you can hardly bear, some are incredibly moving that you just can’t stop crying… I wanted to go to the front to help with all those people, some of my friends have already gone there, but I heard that the traffic needed to be kept totally clear for rescue transportation at the moment, people like me without knowledge of first-aid and experience of rescue operations going there now would cause choas and trouble… but I can’t just sit at home and do nothing, I have been crying my eyes out in the past three days, I have never felt more proud of my country and people… their love, courage and kindness rock me to my core! I have decided to tell these touching stories by drawing comics. So, it seems like a bit of an odd mention coming from a site that loves pandas, but I stumbled across this blog and found it kind of amusing. Pandas are Jerks sporadically posts comics showing why pandas are…well, jerks. This one entitled ‘What an irresponsible jerk’ is my favorite.
