Made in China Pandas

I enjoy the Made in China website even though most of the things aren’t available in the US. It’s a site for wholesalers in China to make contacts and show their products to distributors around the world. It’s possible to purchase directly from the wholesalers, but you have to buy in gross. So unless you’re interested in giving everyone you know the same gift for their birthdays, you might want to reconsider.

Here are a few of the more interesting products I’ve found on the site recently.

Panda Massager

I don’t speak Swedish, but I know that this a panda head massager and it retails for 85 Krona, which is about $14.00. That’s all I can decipher, but I thought it was cute, so I wanted to include it. You can buy it at Yuki-uki. I love that name.

Panda Towel

This panda towel is mint green and black, which I think is an odd combination for a panda towel. However, I also think the $35.00 price tag for a beach towel is ridiculous, so maybe I’m just out of touch with reality. If it’s your thing, you can get it at Karmaloop.com.

Panda Tissue

These tissue packs are available from ARTBOX.com for £0.80 a piece (about $1.60). What a cute way to spruce up your purse’s ubiquitous tissue pack!

Panda FIR

I have no idea how this product can claim what it claims, but if it’s true, it’s a miracle panda. According to the site, it emits Far Infrared Rays (FIR). Apparently these are good for you and can help with everything from blindeness, to foot fungus, to beautification. Available for $129.99 from this site.

Panda Baby Warmer

My sister-in-law just had her first child, my first niece, on the 12th. and while at the hospital for the birth I noticed the following item.

*Sidenote: I’d just like to note that I don’t think it’s probably very normal of me to notice everything panda related as much as I do. I mean, honestly, I was there for the birth of my first niece and the first picture I took was of a baby warming device because it was called the Panda Baby Warmer. I think I may need to evaluate my mental health.

Now, on to the panda baby warmer! The logo is absolutely adorable and while looking for it online I found out it was designed by David Hollenbeck, and I love it so much I thought I’d link him. If you’re in the market for a baby warmer, you can purchase one directly from GE. No prices, and you know what that means. If you have to ask, you can’t afford it, which is good because you probably don’t need your own personal baby warmer anyway.

Panda Nebulizer

Now, I realize the target audience for this item is pretty small, but I have had severe asthma since I was a child and if I had one of these nebulizers, I might not have hated the treatments so much. Honestly, if I still had to do treatments, I’d want one. You can get your very own at Amazon for $50.00.
